How Schools Should Adopt AI Without Overwhelming Teachers
Schools do not need to rush into AI adoption by introducing dozens of new tools at once. The best path is more practical: choose one approved AI platform, build a shared language around responsible use, and give teachers time to practice within existing PLC structures. AI should support teachers with lesson planning, differentiation, feedback, and instructional design while keeping professional judgment at the center. Meaningful adoption happens when teachers are given clarity, support, and usable examples—not another disconnected initiative.
