Executive Role Responsibilities

President

Conducts Executive Board and General Membership meetings using Robert’s Rules of Order.
Oversees the annual Program of Work.
Appoints committee chairs and serves as an ex-officio member of chapter committees.

VP of Membership

Leads recruitment and Rush activities.
Tracks active standing and the 70% attendance threshold.
Coordinates social events and member recognition.

VP of Competitive Events

Tracks membership and event registration deadlines.
Helps members select appropriate competitive events.
Organizes study groups, mock presentations, and practice sessions.

VP of Community Service

Organizes at least one major service project per semester.
Works with local charities and community organizations.
Collects photos and data for service awards documentation.

VP of Public Relations

Manages announcements, flyers, and chapter publicity.
Documents meetings and competitions through photos and videos.
Submits stories and recaps to appropriate publications.
